Don't You Just Love Spring?

I love Spring! All the flowers start coming out, the birds are singing, butterflies are flitting around... and I'm sneezing! Haha!

I love the flowers the most, these are some I got on the weekend from the markets. I don't normally get lillies, but I thought these were lovely and just so pink!

Flowers

I absolutely adore flowers. I would have them in my home all the time if I could afford it. Fortunately, in Sydney we have an amazing flower market - but it requires a 5:00am start and half hour drive to get there, hence the reason I don't go all the time. I do try and go once a month - more often in summer when it's not such a rude shock to get up so early in the cold!

Anyway, I'm waffling. I went this morning, and what a haul I came home with. For the measly sum of $30 I managed to get 9 bunches of flowers. I'm actually running out of places to put them. I thought I'd show off what I bought because they're just so beautiful.

Aren't hydrangeas just exquisite? In Australia they are a quintessential Christmas flower so I had to buy them. Only $7 a bunch!!

Lissianthus and roses - I think they are such a beautiful combination. So soft and romantic.

More lissies. At $3 a bunch, I stocked up!

And beautiful roses, I am such a romantic at heart so I love these.

Gosh, I bought a LOT of pink flowers!
