I am having a serious design mental blank - not unusual, but dam annoying!
The frames in these pictures, what is it called? And how can I do one? I am a Photoshop novice, I'm just getting the hang of brushes. Is it something I can do with a brush, or am I going to have to learn some serious skills? I know they're everywhere, but I love the look and I need to know!
